POP Players Community Standards

Effective 8 October 2026. These standards apply to public profiles, handles, images, and future community features in POP Players.

1. Keep profiles appropriate

Do not publish content that includes or promotes:

  • Nudity, sexual content, sexual services, or graphic material.
  • Hate, harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • Graphic violence, encouragement of violence, or credible threats.
  • Illegal activity, fraud, malicious code, or attempts to compromise another person's safety or account.

2. Protect children

Sexualisation, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of a child is prohibited. We may preserve and report relevant information to law enforcement or child-safety organisations where required or appropriate. POP Players is an adults-only service for people aged 18 and over.

3. Be authentic and respect ownership

  • Do not impersonate another person, club, organisation, or Phrased representative.
  • Do not use deceptive handles or profile information.
  • Only upload images or other content that you own or have permission to publish.
  • Do not expose another person's private or sensitive information.

4. Reporting and blocking

Every public profile provides separate Report profileand Block user actions. Reports are confidential and enter our moderation queue. Blocking hides that person's public identity and social content from you. League-published tournament records may remain visible as anonymous operational history.

If you cannot use the in-app report flow, email ryan@phrased.com.au. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services first.

5. Review and enforcement

We review reports as promptly as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may reject or remove a profile image, hide a profile, warn or suspend an account, preserve evidence, or refer a matter to the appropriate authority. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account removal.

These standards form part of the POP Players Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how report, block, and moderation information is handled.
