Delete your account
You can permanently delete your POP Players account in the app. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open POP Players and sign in.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Re-enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
The deletion is permanent. You will be signed out when it is complete.
If you cannot access the app
Email ryan@phrased.com.au from the address used for your POP Players account. Include your handle if you know it. Do not send your password. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.
What is deleted
- Your POP Players login account and Hub profile.
- Your league links, avatar, private player notes, and community achievements.
- Other app-managed personal information that is not required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
What may remain
Historical tournament results may remain as anonymous league history so published event records stay accurate. Records held separately by a poker club, such as its customer or event records, are controlled by that club. Contact the club directly to ask about those records.
Limited records may also be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.
